KLUTCH seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Baseball. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for baseball and strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the team is positioned for success.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $24.00 per hour.
What You Will Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and preparation of materials for meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling invitations, agendas, logistics, and note-taking
- Help facilitate effective communication by sharing relevant updates and insights on clients and recruits with agents and staff
- Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and support implementation of improved workflows and documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the Head of Baseball and broader team objectives
What You Will Need
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in sports, entertainment, or comparable fast-paced business environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Genuine passion for baseball is essential; familiarity with the culture and operations is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
