Open to applicants in Australia, Canada, Colombia, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, South Africa, the Philippines and the United States.

As a video editing quality assurance specialist you will review and evaluate AI-generated and human-edited video for pacing, continuity, transitions, color grading, audio synchronization, storytelling and technical specifications; identify frame-rate issues, dropped frames, codec problems, color mismatches, sync problems and compression artifacts; compare AI video outputs; create expert-level editing scenarios and reference examples; and give precise written feedback using professional editing terminology.

Requirements: 5+ years of professional video editing in film, TV, broadcast, advertising, commercial or digital media post-production; English at C1–C2; advanced proficiency in at least two NLE systems (Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve strongly preferred, Avid Media Composer or Final Cut Pro also valuable); previous experience as a Lead or Senior Editor, Post-Production Supervisor, QC Coordinator or similar; strong knowledge of frame rates, codecs, color spaces and delivery specs; experience with color grading, audio editing, synchronization and sound mixing. A shareable professional demo reel or portfolio is mandatory.
