- Maintain a weekly presence at the school after school hours to assist students in the development of theatrical skills.
- Maintains parent contact regarding performance and practice schedules
- Coordinates rehearsal schedules with building administrators
- Develops an audition process that is fair and consistent with a focus on allowing maximum student participation
- Coordinates the production of no less than two performances throughout the school year
- Manages the program within the confines of the established budget
- Designs production that are age appropriate
- Exhibits dependability in carrying out assigned responsibilities
- Maintains professionalism in actions and appearance at all times
- Coordinate Publicity
REQUIREMENTS:
- Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools’ Statement of Faith and Teaching Statements
- A Christian role model in attitude, speech, and action
- Bachelor's Degree
- Washington State certification or meets requirements consistent with Chapter 180-90 WAC
- Ability to attend devotion/chapel
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Be customer-service and public-relations focused
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work flexibility
- First-aid and CPR certified, or willing to receive and pass certification training
- Prefer one to three years prior experience
- The ability to pass a background check
- Evenings & Weekends may be required
START DATE:
Approximately August 21, 2025
WORK HOURS:
Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. (Hours to be determined; fall & spring drama productions)
SALARY RANGE:
$42,000 - $56,927, depending on qualifications and experience
This position is a 0.85 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) position, with additional stipends provided for performance(s)
