Summary
Dolby Laboratories is seeking a Senior Docketing Administrator for patent prosecution docketing using the Anaqua software platform. Reporting to the Manager, Docketing within the IP Operations team, you will play a crucial role in the Patents Group to help establish and protect our rights to our innovations. You will handle docketing records and monitor critical due dates to ensure all deadlines are met. You will serve as an internal resource and work cooperatively with a team of in-house docketers, patent paralegals, legal administrative assistants, patent agents, and attorneys. You must be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. You must be skilled at obtaining and effectively communicating information related to pending patent applications and matters of U.S. and foreign patent law.

The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000 - 104,600, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. The SF Bay Area salary range is 108,000-125,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
